Breakfast: Pumpkin waffles, an apple
Lunch: Hummus w/ whole wheat pita bread; Greek yogurt; pumpkin seeds, little broccoli
Dinner: Trinidad chicken stew with rice; Spinach salad w/ apples, walnuts and blue cheese
Grade: For a Saturday, not too bad I guess- 6 A+ foods. But I ate a lot of carbs and didn’t workout so I deserve a C.
