Breakfast: Toast w/ apple butter; scrambled eggs, powerade
Lunch: Butternut squash soup w/ feta, an apple, handful of pumpkin seeds, a few pumpernickel pretzels
Lots of water throughout the day
Dinner: Salad w/ mixed nuts, goat cheese and beets; salmon, broccolini w/ garlic, olive oil and almonds; dinner roll w/ olive oil
Grade: overall, I ate well today and I am satisfied. I also worked out, and ate 7.5 A+ items so I’m giving myself a B for the day.
